We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including if a customer changes their mind after purchase.However, we do accept exchanges in the following cases:
- The appliance is returned in the same condition it was sold in
- The customer contacts us within a reasonable timeframe to request an exchange
- The customer is responsible for returning the appliance to our store unless otherwise arranged
Warranty Coverage
Warranty Coverage
We offer warranty coverage on all major appliances:
- Fridges: 6-month warranty on cooling system, includes the cooling and freezing only
- Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Washer & Dryer Sets: 3-month warranty on operation
- We will either repair the appliance or offer a suitable replacement, based on the issue.
- Customers under warranty will not pay for repairs or replacements.
- Customers outside the warranty period will pay a discounted rate on repairs or replacement appliances (lower than our standard prices).

- We will send a certified technician to assess and repair the appliance.
- If a replacement is needed, we can deliver it or arrange in-store pickup.
- You must bring the appliance back to our store for repair.
- If a replacement is needed, pickup must be arranged by the customer.
